Job summary

You will support continuous improvement and assist in developing other associates. Primary duties include operating and setting up auxiliary equipment, meeting daily targets, and maintaining dependable performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 12 months of experience before advancement to Independent Auxiliary Operator.
• Good mechanical skills aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate abilities outlined in levels 1 & 2 to perform daily tasks.
• Operate and set-up moderate and complex auxiliary operations to target.
• Understand configurations processed on auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot abnormal processes and resolve issues with setup personnel.
• Suggest continuous improvement ideas and assist in training others.
