Formación

• Minimum 2 years of automotive technician experience performing complex repairs and diagnostics.
• ASE certification in brakes, electrical/electronic systems, or engine performance strongly preferred.
• Valid driver license with good driving record; background check and drug screening required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology.
• Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
