Job summary

AAMCO Transmissions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician for our Salt Lake City area center. You will diagnose and repair vehicle systems, assist fellow technicians, and perform general repairs to keep clients’ vehicles safe and reliable.

You will continually update your knowledge with our training programs and use professional tools to handle mechanical and electrical diagnostics, with an emphasis on accurate cost estimation and high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as an Automotive Technician.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Own professional grade tools to service any general repair need.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Assist other technicians in performing technical activities.
• Perform general repairs on vehicles.
• Continuously learn new technical information, equipment, tools and repair techniques.
• Professionally record findings so that repairs costs are accurately estimated.
