Jiffy Lube - Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) is hiring an Advanced Automotive Technician (Service Specialist/Advanced Specialist) to perform high‑level maintenance and repairs and to be cross‑trained across roles for greater versatility and earning potential.

You will provide unbiased service recommendations, deliver safety‑focused service, and handle preventive maintenance while staying compliant with OSHA and company standards. Full‑time with training, growth, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive service experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Willingness to grow through continuous training.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbiased, accurate service recommendations based on technician findings and manufacturer guidelines.
• Deliver efficient, safety‑focused customer service.
• Perform advanced automotive services across major systems: engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, HVAC, tires, spark plugs, batteries.
• Complete preventive maintenance including oil changes, fluid checks, light replacements, and wiper installations.
• Stay compliant with OSHA, state regulations, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on‑site and e‑learning training.
• Support marketing events and promotions.
• Maintain accurate customer, service, and inventory records.
• Assist with stocking and inventory management.
