Qualifications

• Warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repair on various vehicle makes.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding goals.
• Outstanding communication skills and professional appearance.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• ASE certification preferred; technical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest tools and procedures.
• Ensure courteous service and greet customers professionally.
• Keep up to date with technical publications and service operations.
• Deliver safe and high-quality vehicle service on first visit.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and attach forms to the RO copy.
• Participate in factory or in-house training programs.
