Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver GAS2 selling for DIY customers and to apply advanced automotive knowledge in sourcing and servicing parts.

You will manage inventory, operate store systems and provide strong customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires 3-5 years of parts experience, ASE certification preferred, and flexibility for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience or related sales background.
• Proven sales ability with customer fulfillment experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including opening/closing and safety responsibilities.
