Qualifications

• Experience in steering, suspension, and brakes
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance and repair standards
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Possession of a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to meet CarMax’s standards for safety and performance
• Collaborate with a skilled team to solve technical challenges efficiently
• Gain hands-on experience with diverse domestic and foreign vehicles
• Deliver exceptional quality that ensures customer confidence and satisfaction
• Perform State Safety and Emissions/SMOG Inspections (if required)
• Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
