Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- Proficient in reading, interpreting electrical wiring diagrams and service information.
- Experience diagnosing all makes and models; European/Hybrid/EV is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate diagnostic equipment (lab scopes, multi-meters, scan tools) to pinpoint root causes.
- Perform control module reprogramming and ADAS calibrations.
- Conduct digital vehicle inspections and communicate findings clearly to advisors.
- Mentor mid-level or apprentice technicians to elevate team performance.
- Collaborate with technicians to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.
