Job summary

Dana Canada Corp. is seeking a motivated assembly associate to support its global driveline and thermal-management projects in Kentucky. You will visually identify parts, use hand tools, stand for long shifts, and lift up to 75 lbs while following safety procedures.

This role requires good communication, teamwork, and the ability to complete pre-hire training. Shifts are available, overtime may be required, and diversity is valued as part of Dana's equal opportunity approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Must pass pre-hire training program.
• Available to work any of the 3 shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Visually recognize the difference in parts.
• Use hand tools and perform simple operations.
• Stand for the duration of your shift.
• Lift 5 - 75 lbs. on a frequent basis.
• Bend, twist, reach, push, pull, grasp, and pinch continually.
• Work with oils and lubricants.
• Read and interpret instruction sheets.
• Operate multi function machinery.
• Work with or without supervision.
