Job summary

B&B Manufacturing Co. is seeking an assembler with experience in medium to complex mechanical tasks to join our on-site team. You will assemble using hand tools, rivet components, work with hydraulics, install fasteners, and read blueprints. The role requires strong problem-solving, ability to interpret specifications, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 2 years related experience. ITAR U.S. person status is required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble using hand tools and rivet components, install fasteners and fittings.
• Read blueprints and ensure conformance to specifications.
• Operate touch screen work center and log work orders.
• Perform hydraulic testing and wire harness assembly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area meeting FOD standards.
• Troubleshoot problems and participate in CI initiatives.
