Essity is seeking a Commercial Analyst – Advanced Analytics to blend analytics with practical business impact. You will build BI dashboards, apply predictive modelling, and work with large datasets using Python, SQL, and Databricks. Collaboration with pricing, sales, and product marketing will help turn insights into actions.

The role emphasizes data quality, AI applications, and continuous improvement of analytics tools and processes within the North American organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related analytical field.
• 2+ years of analytics, BI, ML, AI, or related experience with hands-on work.
• Experience creating dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tool.
• Proficient with SQL and Python; exposure to Databricks/AI is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical solutions.
• Apply statistical techniques and machine learning to pricing and commercial questions.
• Work with Python and SQL on large datasets to create reliable outputs.
• Support data quality, deduplication, and matching of end-customer data.
