Job summary

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. seeks an Aircraft Composite Autoclave Technician to manufacture jet-powered unmanned system components using wet or pre-preg lamination. You will support oven/autoclave operations, prepare tooling, and ensure proper curing and part handling.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading autoclaves, managing vacuum lines and thermocouples, inspecting parts, following safety guidelines, and maintaining 5S/QMS standards to deliver quality products on schedule.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of lamination techniques, materials, tools and equipment.
• Ability to interpret manufacturing orders and list required tools.
• Basic computer data entry skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture products using wet lamination or pre-preg lamination.
• Support oven/autoclave operations and tooling setup.
• Load/unload ovens/autoclaves and manage vacuum lines and thermocouples.
• Inspect in-process and finished parts for conformance to specs.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain 5S and QMS compliance.
