Job summary

AYA Med Spa in Dallas seeks an experienced Advanced Aesthetician to join a dynamic medical spa team. You will perform non-invasive cosmetic procedures, consult with clients, and develop personalized treatment plans using laser and skincare treatments.

Must have 3+ years of experience, be willing to work Thursday–Saturday and every other Sunday, and bring excellent skin care knowledge, organizational skills, and a patient-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited aesthetician program.
• Medical office/med spa experience preferred.
• Experience with laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing, chemical peels, and facials preferred.
• Familiar with skincare product lines (Revision, Obagi, SkinMedica).
• Experience operating Ulthera®, CoolSculpting, Sciton® and Candela machines.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Strong knowledge of skin care and treatment.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Are you a passionate Advanced Aesthetician with a commitment to cutting-edge skincare and patient-centered treatment? We are seeking an experienced aesthetic professional (+3 years) to join our dynamic medical spa team. We offer a collaborative environment where advanced technology meets personalized patient care, providing an opportunity to leverage your expertise in laser treatments, skincare procedures, and client consultation.

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing elective care for cosmetic complaints that can be reasonably treated with non-invasive medical grade procedures. Duties include taking medical histories, performing examinations, developing a treatment plan within scope of practice for cosmetic patients, establishing a client base and treatment administration. Must be willing to work Thursday-Saturday, and every other Sunday.

Education & Experience:

• Graduate of accredited Aesthetician program
• Experience working in a medical office or med spa preferred
• Experience administering microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing, chemical peels, and facials preferred
• Experience advising and using skincare products including Revision®, Obagi®, SkinMedica, etc.
• Experience operating Ulthera®, Coolsculpting, Sciton® and Candela machines (minimum 3 years)
• Must be willing to work weekends
• Excellent knowledge of skin care and treatment
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work as a team member
• Well-organized with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
