Job summary

Precoa is seeking an Advance Funeral Planner to work with one of our premier funeral home partners. You will focus on connecting with clients to plan final wishes while leveraging lead generation and marketing resources provided at no cost.

You’ll earn uncapped potential with a typical annual range of $55,000–$75,000, depending on performance, with regional and national incentive programs. A current life insurance license or the ability to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one.
• 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus.
• Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills.
• Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments.
• Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Close pre-set appointments and convert qualified leads.
• Represent Precoa in client meetings, typically 90 minutes.
• Support clients with lead generation and marketing resources.
• Maintain current life insurance license or pursue license if not held.
