Job summary

Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, Maine, seeks an adult reconstructive surgeon to join a well-established, busy hospital-employed practice with 5 orthopedic surgeons and 1:1 PAs/NPs support.

American Board-certified or board-eligible in orthopedics with fellowship training in Adult Reconstructive Surgery is required. On-site X-ray/MRI and a multidisciplinary team provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• ABOS certification or eligibility in Orthopedics is required.
• Fellowship training in Adult Reconstructive Surgery is required.
• Join a multi-surgeon orthopedic team within a hospital-employed, busy practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide adult reconstructive surgical care in a busy hospital-employed practice with a 5-surgeon team.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary orthopedic team including Sports Medicine, Oncology/MSK, Pediatrics, and Athletic Training.
• Utilize on-site X-ray and MRI and operate with dedicated OR block time in Main OR and ASC.
