Job summary

Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMH-CRNP) to provide outpatient services for adults 18+. The position is full-time at the North East Drive Clinic in Hershey, PA, with day shifts and telehealth options as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing with clinical specialization required.
• Two (2) years' work experience as a RN required.
• Current licensed to practice as a CRNP by Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide medication management.
• Interact with clinical and physician staff in outpatient care.
• Work with a collaborative team of behavioral medicine providers; provide outpatient and Telehealth services as needed.
• Experience with chronically mentally ill patients and broad spectrum diagnostic/medication management preferred.
