LifeStance Health is hiring Adult Psychiatrists for a predominantly outpatient practice in Utah. The role combines medication management and psychotherapy with a flexible, hybrid work model, offering a strong work/life balance.

Compensation is above market with uncapped earnings, sign-on and cash incentive bonuses, plus full benefits. Utah license and BE/BC in Psychiatry required; DEA unencumbered. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Adult Psychiatrists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Adult Psychiatrists that are:

• Fully licensed in Utah, BE/BC in Psychiatry, unencumbered DEA.
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
• Hybrid role

Lifestance Health is growing. We have the following offices opened in and around the Salt Lake City area, Bountiful, Riverton, Lehi, Murray, Pleasant Grove and Draper Utah. We will be opening more offices in 2027!
