The Dell Medical School Department of Psychiatry and BehavioralSciences, in collaboration with Integral Care, seeks a boardcertified or eligible psychiatrist to join its community-focusedclinical faculty. This role offers the opportunity to transformmental health care delivery through innovative clinical,educational, and research initiatives in partnership with anationally recognized Local Mental Health Authority. The idealcandidate will be committed to exemplary, patient-centered care andbring strong collaborative skills to work across multidisciplinaryteams. Clinical responsibilities will be based in Integral Caresettings and tailored to the candidate's interests, which mayinclude outpatient care, crisis services, residential treatment, orjail psychiatry. The position includes opportunities for teachingand mentoring medical students and residents, contributing to newmodels of integrated care, and engaging in scholarly activities.The psychiatrist will play an essential role in advancinghigh-quality, evidence-based care for individuals with seriousmental illness while helping shape the next generation ofpsychiatric professionals.
