The South Carolina Department of Social Services seeks an APS Case Manager to provide professional case management for vulnerable adults in accordance with policy and the APS ComPASS Model. The role assesses risk, coordinates protective interventions, and manages a caseload while collaborating with community partners and the legal system.
The ideal candidate will perform home visits, develop service plans with clients, and coordinate with law enforcement for protective actions.

A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or Social Science.
A Bachelor's Degree in any other field and one (1) year experience in a related field
A Master's Degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science or Social Services or higher can be substituted for required work experience
Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to and be able to operate a motor vehicle. Individuals must comply with necessary field work assignments.
