Norton Healthcare, Inc. seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient therapy across all ages from neonate to geriatric in our clinical setting. The role requires documenting treatments and coordinating with families and care teams.

State-licensed PT with a Bachelor degree is required to join our patient-centered team. The incumbent will lead patient care, address educational needs for patients and families, and manage assignments to ensure high-quality

Responsibilities

The role of the Physical Therapist is to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient/family physical therapy needs for patients aged neonate/infant (birth to 1 year), pediatric (1-12 years), adolescent (12-18), adult (18-65 years), and geriatric (over 65 years); maintains documentation on patient treatments. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, assess, plan, and implement treatment according to the findings. Addresses educational needs for patients, families, and other health care providers; manages patient care assignments as well as other organizational tasks related to patient and departmental operations; acts in a clinical leadership role; applies knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions.

Required:

• Bachelor Degree
• Physical Therapist (State)

Desired:

• One year physical therapy in a clinical setting
