Job summary

PrairieCare in Minnesota seeks licensed therapists to work primarily with adults with co-occurring disorders. You will join an interdisciplinary treatment team, assess and deliver individual, family, and group therapy, and coordinate care at admission and discharge as needed.

Candidates must hold LICSW/LMFT/LPCC/LP or junior licenses with readiness to sit for licensure within 3 months; LADC licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social sciences required.
• Current licensure in Minnesota as LICSW/LMFT/LPCC/LP or junior licenses with readiness to sit for licensure exam within 3 months.
• LADC licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Assess, plan, and implement psychotherapeutic services for patients of PrairieCare.
• Provide a comprehensive range of therapy services to patients and families.
• Provide individual and family psychotherapy, facilitate process groups.
• Coordinate care with external providers at admission and discharge as appropriate.
• Support other therapists and participate in case conferences and rounds.
• Possibly supervise Masters level associates or interns depending on qualifications.
