Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Middlesex County, New Jersey is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Skilled Nursing team. You will provide compassionate, high-quality home health care to clients across a range of ages and conditions, documenting care and following physicians’ orders with autonomy in the home.

We offer comprehensive training from Day 1, along with benefits, flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, per diem), and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home.

• Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s)

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay up to $35/hr based on qualifications
• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
