Job summary

Family & Children’s Services is seeking licensed therapists to join our office-based team. You will deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy to adults 18+ and manage a diverse caseload, including seriously mentally ill and non-SMI clients, with a focus on ongoing treatment planning and coordination with a walk-in clinic.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or equivalent from an accredited school.
• Knowledge and experience in individual, group and family therapy.
• Knowledge and experience in conducting mental health assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Must be licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC or under licensure supervision.
• Must possess a valid Driver License and willingness to travel; mileage reimbursement provided when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and Group services to adults 18+ in an office-based setting.
• Carry a caseload of Seriously Mentally Ill and non-SMI clients and provide evidence-based treatment and treatment planning.
• Partner with the walk-in clinic to provide intakes, treatment plan updates, safety planning and crisis services.
