Job summary

UCLA Health and David Geffen School of Medicine is seeking a skilled speech-language pathologist to provide adult outpatient services at our West Hills clinic, with onboarding at Westwood and Santa Monica locations. The role includes evaluation and treatment of voice and upper airway disorders, swallowing disorders, and neurogenic communication disorders.

Experience with voice and upper airway disorders is preferred; experience with modified barium swallow studies is a plus.

Qualifications

• California State Speech Pathology license.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to quickly learn new computer and clinic systems.
• Experience evaluating and treating voice and upper airway disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide adult outpatient services including evaluation and treatment of voice and upper airway disorders.
• Assess swallowing disorders and neurogenic communication disorders in adults.
• Work in multiple clinic locations with onboarding at Westwood and Santa Monica.
