Job summary

GO Staffing is seeking an experienced Adult Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient opening in Vero Beach, FL. The provider will see adults 18+, manage chronic conditions, and diagnose/prescribe within an autonomous patient panel.

The role is full‑time with options for 4x10s or 5x8s, 100% outpatient, and a rotating call schedule. Spanish or Creole speaking is a plus but not required; FL Medicaid/Medicare numbers are preferred.

Qualifications

• Outpatient primary care experience preferred.
• Adult care: comfortable treating patients age 18+.
• Must be comfortable managing own patient panel, diagnosing and prescribing.

Job description

A well-respected healthcare facility is seeking an experienced Adult NP for an outpatient opening seeing adult patients in Vero Beach.

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Full-time, schedule can be 4 x 10's or 5 x 8's

100% outpatient

will see ages 18+

Call: Participate in a rotating call schedule shared among adult medicine providers, approximately 3-4 two-week rotations per year. Nurse triage services screens calls first, so direct provider callbacks are infrequent.

Approximately 18-22+ ppd, depending on working an 8 or 10 hour day

Seeking NP's with at least a couple years in an outpatient primary care setting

Must be comfortable treating patients for chronic conditions and multiple comorbidities, managing own patient panel, diagnosing and prescribing

Spanish or Creole speaking a plus but not required

Prefer candidates with a FL Medicaid and Medicare number
