Job summary

Ministrylist is seeking a qualified leader to work with Executive Leadership at Lifesong Church in Sutton, Massachusetts, overseeing small groups and assimilation ministries. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and project management skills, demonstrating the ability to build and engage teams.

Responsibilities include shaping the vision for church ministries and managing budgets for Adult Ministries. A Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years in a relevant role are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Pastor or Director role.
• Proven experience building and leading teams.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and strategy for assimilation and small groups ministries.
• Oversee assimilation efforts to engage individuals in the church.
• Directly lead development and expansion of Small Groups.
• Manage the Adult Ministries budget.
• Track key performance indicators for continuous improvement.
