Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistants program.
• Graduate from accredited school of nursing.
• Current certification/licensure as required (AAMA/RMA or other nursing licenses).
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Patient interaction in-person, on MyChart, and over the phone.
• Rooming patients and taking vitals.
• Handling medication refills and prior authorizations.
