Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Springfield, MA is hiring HHA – Home Health Aides to support clients in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility, while delivering respectful, compassionate care.

We offer base pay of $14.00–$18.00 per hour, weekly pay, flexible scheduling, short commute times, a supportive team, and opportunities for scholarships and growth. Training is provided if you do not meet all qualifications.

Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):

• Base Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 / hour depending on qualifications
• Non-Licensed Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
• Non-Licensed Home Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:

• Minimum one year of Direct Home Care experience with another Home Health agency, Hospital or facility, OR Nursing Student who have completed their Clinical Rotations
