Job summary

Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, Washington seeks a full-time Adult Epileptologist who is board-eligible/board-certified to lead epilepsy care. The role emphasizes workup and management of refractory epilepsy within a large neurology group and inpatient support networks.

Responsibilities include phase I EMU evaluations, chronic medical management, EEG and neuromodulator device management, with access to 24/7 specialty support. Collaborative, teaching opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Fellowship training in epilepsy is required.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• J1 and H1B Visa applicants are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Medical and surgical epilepsy workup (phase I EMU evaluation).
• Chronic epilepsy medical management.
• EEG, continuous video EEG, rapid EEG reading, and neuromodulator device management.
• Collaborate with neurohospitalists, neurosurgery, neuroradiology and other specialists.
