Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking part-time Brand Ambassadors to represent featured brands at on/off premise accounts across Nashville. You will visit scheduled accounts weekly, arrive in branded apparel, engage consumers with samples, and help educate them about products.

You will develop strong relationships with store staff and provide feedback to Market Managers to improve product sales. This role offers flexible evenings and opportunities to grow within a large retail network.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ due to alcohol dispensing.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Access to a PC with internet/email.
• Available to work Wednesday-Sunday evenings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and engaging personality.

Responsibilities

• Visit scheduled accounts weekly as provided by the Market Manager.
• Arrive in designated apparel with required items to complete the event.
• Engage consumers by offering samples and educating on the product.
• Formulate, develop, and maintain strong communication links with customers.
• Complete activation recaps.
• Provide feedback to Market Manager to improve sale of all brand products.
• Develop and sustain relationships with key accounts and staff within assigned areas.
• Represent the company and its products to the media and customers in a positive manner.

We are actively seeking part-time professional Brand Ambassadors to represent various featured brands at key on/off premise accounts each week in multiple areas as scheduled by their Market Manager. Training, apparel, and sampling tools will all be provided for events.

What will you do?

• Visit scheduled accounts weekly as provided by the Market Manager
• Arrive in designated apparel with required items to complete the event
• Engage consumers by offering samples and educating on the product

Who you are:

• Due to the dispensing of alcohol, you must be 21 years or older and requires Responsible Alcohol Training
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Daily access to a PC computer with internet/email access
• Must be available to work Wednesday-Sunday evenings
• Have a passion for meeting new people and evangelizing outstanding products
