Job summary

East Valley Institute of Technology (EVIT) is seeking an Adult Admissions Advisor at our Main Street Campus in Mesa, AZ. The role supports recruitment, admissions, enrollment, and retention for adult programs and requires coordinating with Admissions Specialists, instructors, and recruitment staff.

The position is full-time exempt (12-month calendar) with a salary range of $62,446 to $78,109 and benefits including medical insurance, HSA contributions, life insurance, and retirement plan

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university is preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in recruiting or working with adult students.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, admissions, enrollment, and retention of prospective postsecondary students.
• Oversee admissions activities for Health Science Certificate, HSE, and Adult Blended programs.
• Identify prospective students, assess goals, provide program information, and guide students from inquiry to enrollment.
• Support outreach, campus tours, recruitment events, and ongoing communications to ensure a positive admissions experience.
