Job summary

One Medical is seeking a licensed NP or PA to join our Seattle team in a full-time primary care role. You will manage a diverse patient panel, conduct in-office and tele-health visits, and participate in ongoing didactics and rounds with a clinical preceptor.

This position emphasizes culturally competent care, collaboration with care teams, and the use of technology to deliver high-quality care. WA licensure by 2027 is required or licensure in progress.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• Active WA license by Feb 1, 2027 or licensure application by Dec 1, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with broad needs; mixing acute, chronic, and well visits with onsite Preceptor mentorship.
• Treating patients in-office or testing centers and occasionally via tele-health.
• Participating in weekly didactics, clinical rounds, and other learning modalities.
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams during daily huddles.
• Using clinical training for in-office procedures and pursuing additional state licensure as needed.

Employment type:

• Full time (32 hours of in-person patient care per week)

What you’ll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits with support and mentorship of an onsite clinical Preceptor.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Didactics with dedicated faculty, Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Must have completed accredited NP or PA program with a national certification with a graduation date between May 2026 to December 2026
• Must hold an active license in WA or have submitted a licensure application by December 1, 2026, with license obtained no later than February 1, 2027

This is a full-time role located in Seattle!

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary for this role is $131,500 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
