The role offers a competitive base salary of $65-100k, with a commission structure of up to 50%. You will deliver candidate shortlists, manage processes, and build relationships in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of recruitment experience and is driven by relationship-building and strong communication. AdTech experience is not essential, as training is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruitment experience in any sector.
• Strong delivery, sourcing, or candidate management experience.
• Enjoys working in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists across GTM and Digital AdTech roles.
• Manage end-to-end candidate processes, from sourcing through to offer management.
• Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence projects within the AdTech space.
