Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical disciplines.
• 3+ years of working experience with modern software tech stack, including large-scale backend systems and data pipelines.
• Strong CS fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and software design.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement highly available ad-serving systems for large-scale traffic with low latency.
• Develop and optimize delivery strategies for ad placements to maximize monetization.
• Improve algorithms for recall, ranking, bidding, and traffic allocation.
