Job summary

Google LLC in Sunnyvale/Playa Vista is hiring for gTech Ads to support and optimize ad products across the Google stack. You will translate complex client needs into scalable architectures and lead technical hand-offs with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes experience with Java/Python, data pipelines, and strong communication to non-technical audiences. In-person interviews and multiple location options are common, with equity and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
• Master’s degree in Business/Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Engineering or Applied Science (preferred).
• Experience with Google Ads, GMP products, or Google Cloud services (preferred).
• Strong ability to translate client requirements into robust system architectures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional sales, gTech leads, and major clients to assess technical maturity and advocate for advanced Ads product adoption.
• Translate complex client requirements into robust, reusable system architectures and technical specifications designed for seamless media activation.
• Author BRDs and PRDs to lead technical hand-overs and guide the ASE team.
• Architect resilient first-party data pipelines via APIs and connectors with privacy compliance.
• Orchestrate delivery frameworks with PM, vendors, and client teams to guide testing and execution.
