Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience with children and families preferred; customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of case management and adoption-related issues helpful.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective adoptive/guardianship families through mining and recruiting throughout the case length.
• Provide adoption recruitment services to achieve permanency for children with needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team connected to the child.
• Prepare youth and families for potential adoption/guardianship.
• Advocate for children’s needs through education, advocacy and non-crisis support.
