Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, staffing and directing day-to-day Nursing Service operations.
• Resolve personnel issues and keep staff informed of changes affecting patient care.
• Develop work assignments and supervise nursing staff; ensure Medicare/Medicaid compliance.
