Fundamental is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our skilled nursing facility in Houston. You will work with the Director of Nursing to ensure the highest standard of care and create a home away from home for residents.

This leadership role supervises floor nurses and nursing managers, drives quality care, builds strong staff relationships, and supports recruitment and coaching of team members.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing with the state required.
• 3+ years of nursing experience required; 1+ years of long-term care experience preferred.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Dedication and commitment to lead our healthcare team.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise floor nurses and nursing managers.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing to ensure quality care and outstanding service.
