Brookdale Senior Living in Dublin, OH is hiring an ADON - Health and Wellness Coordinator - LPN (Finance). This role manages daily healthcare operations, ensuring residents receive respectful, high-quality care across shifts.

It may involve stepping into Caregiver or Med Tech duties to meet staffing needs. The position requires an active LPN/LVN or RN license with 1–2 years of relevant experience and entails supervising licensed nursing staff and coordinating training while supporting on-call

Qualifications

• State nursing licensure required (LPN/LVN or RN).
• 1–2 years of relevant healthcare experience.
• Education as required to obtain state nursing license.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure resident's healthcare needs are met.
• Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as resident's healthcare needs change.
• Ensures consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts; may assume the role of Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide as needed.
• Assists in the supervision of licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's and Caregivers; provides ongoing training and manages schedules.
• Oversees medication training, pharmacy management and supervision; conducts periodic medication skill checks and audits per Brookdale Guidelines.
• Shares on call duties as required.
• Education as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and 1–2 years relevant experience.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

• Ensures consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts; this may require assuming the role and responsibilities of a Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide in order to meet the residents' needs and staffing requirements.
• Assists in the supervision of community-based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers and provides training and education to Caregivers on an ongoing basis to include classroom in-services and situation-specific training. In addition, they will also manage the associates schedules.
• Oversees and manages the continuity and consistency of medication training, pharmacy management and medication supervision and/or administration in the community. Conducts periodic Care Associate medication skills inventory checks, and periodic medication audits per Brookdale Guidelines.
• Shares on call duties as required.
• Education as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and a minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.
• LPN or LVN license.
