Job summary

CALO Programs is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our on-site clinical team at Lake of the Ozarks, MO, serving adolescents and young adults ages 9-21 in a trauma-informed residential setting.

The ideal candidate will provide individual, family and group therapy grounded in trauma-informed care, maintain a 6–8 client caseload, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensure timely documentation, and utilize experiential modalities such as Adventure Therapy and

Qualifications

• Fully Licensed or Provisional Licenses required (supervision provided for provisional).
• Experience with adolescents and trauma-informed care preferred.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide Individual, Family & Group Therapy grounded in trauma-informed care and relational approaches.
• Manage a caseload of 6–8 clients with emphasis on family programming and parent coaching.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing and direct-care teams to implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Complete timely clinical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Deliver developmentally and culturally competent care using experiential modalities.
