Job summary

Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health in Little Rock, Arkansas, seeks a licensed Therapist to provide therapeutic, clinical and social services to clients and families.

The position includes individual, family and group therapy, crisis intervention, and education to improve emotional health. Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in psychiatric health care with direct experience in individual, family and group therapies.
• Experience in crisis intervention is desired.
• Strong clinical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• The Therapist provides therapeutic, clinical, and social services to clients.
• Provides access to therapeutic treatment and education to improve skills while helping clients achieve emotional health.
• Includes basic consultation, individual therapy, clinical services for patients/families, crisis intervention, family therapy, and information/referrals.
