McLeod Centers for Wellbeing in Charlotte, NC seeks a Full-time Counselor to join our OTP clinic at the headquarters. You will develop person-centered treatment plans and lead individual and group counseling sessions for patients in recovery.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree and an active LCAS/LMFT/LCSW/LCMHC license (or associate license), plus at least one year of experience with adolescents and substance use, and a commitment to justice, equity and evidence-based practice.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s level licensure (LCAS/LMFT/LCSW/LCMHC) or associate license required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience with adolescents.
• Experience treating substance use disorders and coordinating care.

• Develop person-centered treatment plans for patients in recovery.
• Lead individual and group counseling sessions for patients and families.
• Coordinate referrals to medical, mental health, and social supports.
