Job summary

BBG Ventures, LLC is seeking a Mental Health Technician/Recovery Coach in South Salem, NY. This role supports adolescents in their recovery from eating disorders by providing empathetic care and facilitating their emotional growth.

Shifts include Tuesdays and Thursdays 10 am - 9 pm and Sundays 2 pm - 10 pm, with a pay range of $17-$22/hr. Candidates with at least one year of relevant experience and good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years post-high school education; Bachelor’s in Psychology preferred.
• Experience in a mental or behavioral health setting is highly desired.
• Valid state-issued Driver’s License with safe driving history.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and support clients through their recovery journey.
• Provide support and intervention consistent with the client’s treatment plan.
• Engage clients in developing healthy connections with others.
• Assist in food prep and supervise client meals.
• Conduct rounds and provide client observations.
