Job summary

Afternoon/mid-shift coverage from 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM with schedule flexibility, and a strong focus on quality, compliance, and financial stewardship in a renowned pediatric setting.

Qualifications

• BSN from ACEN, CCNE or NLN CNEA accredited institution.
• Active Ohio RN license (or multistate compact).
• At least three years of nursing experience.
• Foreign graduates must have license validated through TruMerit per Ohio Board of Nursing code for Foreign Graduates.
• Pass Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Certification Course during orientation.
• Clinical experience in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting.
• Previous leadership experience such as charge nurse, supervisor, team lead, or manager.

• Support staff training, development, and professional growth.
• Support Quality and Compliance; ensure care meets regulatory standards.
• Monitor quality outcomes and address areas for improvement.
• Help implement corrective action plans and performance improvement initiatives.
• Oversee staffing, workflow, and daily clinical operations.
• Resolve operational issues and support efficient patient care delivery.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new team members.
• Identify process improvements that enhance patient and staff experience.
• Lead projects and strategic initiatives; coordinate resources and timelines.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to key stakeholders.
• Support department productivity and resource management; assist with budget planning.
