Job summary

HCA Healthcare Live Oak Mental Health and Wellness is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced mental health setting. You will collaborate with providers and the care team to implement individualized treatment plans and ensure continuity of care across transitions.

The RN will document care thoroughly, respond to patient needs promptly, and participate in a multidisciplinary approach to improve outcomes and patient experience.

Qualifications

• RN license or active registered nurse status in the state of employment.
• Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care per department standards.
• Document care in the patient record in a timely and thorough manner.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate a holistic treatment plan.
• Act as liaison between providers and community support for ongoing care needs.
