Wonder: A Confident Living Company in California seeks a Mental Health Therapist (Individual Coach) to provide weekly, relationship-based coaching and family-focused support for adolescents and their families, using a holistic, integrative systems approach.

This part-time contract role requires a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Counseling; licensure is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Counseling (required).
• Licensure is not required, but it is preferred.
• Experience with adolescents, young adults, and families in individual and family therapy.
• Ability to relate one-on-one with clients and build solid relationships.
• Collaborative with team members.
• Flexible schedule, may include after school, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to travel to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet weekly with clients.
