Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or a clinical related field is required
• Indiana state social work (LSW) or LMHC-A license strongly preferred; LCSW/LMHC preferred
• At least 2 years of psychiatric health care facility experience with biopsychosocial assessment and treatment planning

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual/couples/family counseling with focus on engagement and problem-solving
• Collaborate with community agencies for patient assessment and services
• Evaluate and document effectiveness of interventions and patient responses
• Assess psychosocial, educational, and behavioral functioning and document updates
• Apply age-specific considerations in treatment planning
• Respond promptly to social work service requests
• Contribute to the program's functioning and meet social work needs
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings
