Responsibilities

• Monitor client safety and document observations.
• Conduct patient rounds, wellness checks, and safety inspections.
• Record vital signs and assist with urine drug screening.
• Support educational, recreational, and therapeutic activities.
• Assist with program orientation and client supervision.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
• Provide transportation support when assigned.
• Assist with routine housekeeping and facility upkeep.
• Collaborate with nurses, counselors, and clinical staff.
