Job summary

VLink Inc is seeking an Adobe Workfront & Fusion Developer to configure and maintain Adobe Workfront projects and design workflow automations. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in Workfront administration or enterprise integrations, and expertise with Adobe Fusion and REST APIs.

Adobe Workfront & Fusion Developer

Full Time Role

Your configure and maintain Adobe Workfront projects, templates, workflows, forms, dashboards, and reporting.

• Design and implement workflow automations using Adobe Fusion
• Build and support integrations between Workfront and enterprise systems such as Adobe Experience Cloud CRM platforms, DAM systems, APIs and third‑party applications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document workflow and automation requirements
• Optimize marketing operations processes and improve operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain automated workflows, notifications, approval processes, task orchestration
• Troubleshoot workflow, integration, and automation issuesSupport user onboarding, training, and operational support activities
• Create and maintain technical and process documentation
• Ensure adherence to governance, security, and enterprise standards future duties and responsibilities

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Workfront administration, workflow automation, or enterprise integrations
• Experience supporting enterprise‑scale marketing or operational workflows preferred

Adobe Workfront Skills

• 5+ years of strong hands‑on experience with Adobe Workfront administration and configuration, Workfront workflows, templates, forms, dashboards, and reporting
• 3+ years of experience supporting marketing operations, project and workflow management
• 5+ years of strong experience building and maintaining Adobe Fusion scenarios, workflow automations, API‑based integrations
• 5+ years of experience integrating Workfront with enterprise applications, Adobe platforms, third‑party systems

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with REST APIs, JSON/XML, integration patterns
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting integration and workflow issues
• Familiarity with data mapping, workflow orchestration, automation best practices

Collaboration & Delivery Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesAbility to translate business requirements into technical workflow solutions

Desired Skills

• Experience in banking and financial domain is a plus
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, AEM, AJO and AEP
