Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Fusion Consultant/Developer to design, develop, and maintain automation workflows and integrations. The role focuses on optimizing business processes and integrating Workfront with enterprise applications such as AEM, Salesforce, Jira, SAP, and other systems.

The ideal candidate will have 4–8+ years of IT experience and 2–5+ years hands-on with Workfront and Fusion, delivering enterprise workflow automation and integration

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Higher Degree is the minimum entry required for the position.
• 4–8+ years of overall IT experience.
• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workfront Fusion scenarios and integrations.
• Configure and administer Adobe Workfront, including custom forms, workflows, templates, approval processes, and reports.
• Integrate Adobe Workfront with third-party applications using APIs, webhooks, REST services, and Fusion connectors.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Fusion scenarios for performance, reliability, and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to define integration requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and integration specifications.
• Provide user training, support, and guidance on Workfront and Fusion capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and organizational standards.
• Monitor platform performance and recommend continuous improvements.
